Exhibit 1 - Scope of Processing

As provided in the DPA, Remote Desktop will process Customer Personal Data as necessary to provide the Remote Desktop Service pursuant to the Agreement, in accordance with the DPA, and as instructed by Customer in their use of the Remote Desktop Service.

Categories of Data Subjects

Subject to the determination and control by the Customer in its sole discretion, Customer may submit Customer Personal Data to the Remote Desktop Service relating to the following categories of Data Subjects including but not limited to:

• Customer's Users authorized by Customer to use the Remote Desktop Service
• Employees, agents, advisors, consultants of Customer (who are natural persons)

Types of Customer Personal Data

Subject to the determination and control by the Customer in its sole discretion, Customer may submit Customer Personal Data to the Remote Desktop Service including but not limited to the following types of Customer Personal Data:

• Documents, images, and other files that the Data Subjects choose to upload to the Remote Desktop Service (to the extent that these comprise Personal Data)
• First and last name
• Contact information (title, position, company, email, phone, physical or business address)
• Employer
